Family Promise Hosting at Plymouth

Starting on Sunday, January 8

Please join us as Plymouth returns to in-person hosting for our Family Promise guests beginning Sunday, January 8. As in previous years, we will need many volunteers to provide a safe and welcoming space at Plymouth for local families who are experiencing homelessness – and there are many ways to help!

To help set up guest rooms, serve as a dinner or overnight host, or to provide a hot meal, please sign up using this link: Hybrid Shelter January 2023. The holiday season is a busy time for many of us so please consider signing up as soon as possible! If you are new to helping in-person with Family Promise or it has been awhile since you took the training, we ask that you complete the online training before January. It should only take about an hour but may help you feel more prepared to host our guests. Here is that link: Training. If you need additional information, please email Susan Anderson (smbanderson@sunflower.com) or Kris Marsh (marshnks@yahoo.com).
